1. Have an Agenda. For our first call, here’s what I recommend;
- Quick Intro + Overview of your business: Stage of Product and Fund
- USP/ICP: What problem do you solve, how are you different?
- Business model: How are you going to make money?
- How can I help? Have questions for me/don't be afraid to ask!
- Ask what you can do for me! (relationships need to be reciprocal - promise i wont ask for $$).
